 "Nutritional Therapist & Yoga Teacher with a background in nursing.

I am extremely passionate about wellbeing and helping people achieve optimal health. I follow a naturopathic approach which means that I consider the body and mind as one whole unit that can heal itself if given what it needs: good food and hydration, good sleep and a good balance of activity and rest. 

My areas of interest are gut health (IBS, bloating, cramping and digestive distress), weight management and supporting women that struggle with a challenging menstrual cycle.

I believe in a personalised, centred approach because each individual person is different with their own set of needs. I give  advice and support using a mixture of science and kindness, bringing together my nutrition, yoga and medical knowledge."
